Government End Users If you are an end user of the UAE government, we grant you a license for the Hyberway software as a commercial product, as defined in the UAE Federal Regulations (see the Custom Solutions section). The rights we grant you in the Hyberway software are the same as those we grant to all other users under these Terms of Use.
