• 1- Supplying the program in an operational version without the source code at all stages of its operation.
• 2- The client is not allowed to develop the program by adding, modifying, or otherwise, except through the supplier and developer company exclusively.
• 3- The client is not allowed to access the program database except for the company supplying and developing the program.
